What are the steps to follow in order to work in FotoEventi Group?
Fill out the form on our website and send us your resume. If your profile is considered suitable and in accordance with the requirements, we will contact you for the first interview by phone or Skype.
In which language should I send my CV?
You can send it in Spanish, English or Italian.
In which countries do you offer job vacancies?
Most of the destinations where we operate are in Spain, but we can offer you work both in Spain and abroad (Italy or Croatia). The destinations in winter season (November – April) can be several Canary Islands (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Tenerife). The destinations in summer season (April – November) can be in Spain – Canary Islands (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Tenerife), Balearic Islands (Mallorca and Ibiza) or Andalusia, in Italy (Sardinia or Calabria), or in Croatia (Istria).
Can the candidate choose the working destination?
The work destinations are defined by the company as it depends on the profile of the candidates (experience, languages, etc.) and the priorities and necessities that the company has in the moment in which the candidates start working.
When do candidates start working?
The job vacancies are divided by seasons, winter season (November – April) or summer season (April – November). Depending on the recruitment dates, the highest number of incorporations is during the months of April and May (summer season) or October and November (winter season).
In what does the job of Touristic Photographer consist?
The job of the touristic photographer consists in promoting and offering photographic services to hotel clients, preforming photo sessions, editing the photos and selling the products and services. It is combined job of a of a photographer with public relations, commercial and sales activities.
I don't have professional experience; can I be part of your team anyway?
It is not necessary to have professional experience to be part of our team, but all the candidates must have passion for photography. We organize a complete training for all our employees in order to obtain the knowledge (theoretical and practical) necessary for the job.
In case I don't have my own equipment?
Unlike other companies in the sector, in FotoEventi Group we assure you the professional photographic equipment with any additional cost or fee.
In what does the first selection consist?
The first selection phase includes the company’s presentation and individual interviews in different European cities (Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Croatia), depending on the interest of the candidates.
In what does the final selection consist?
The final selection step consists of 2-3 days of presentations, individual and group activities in the field of photography and sales techniques, taking place in different cities in Europe (Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Croatia.). Do I have to pay a fee in order to participate in the final selection?
During the days of the final selection, the accommodation and meals are insured by FotoEventi Group and free of charge.
Are the accommodation and meals costs discounted from the salary?
The salary is fixed amount with accommodation and food included. The accommodation is shared (between two – three people of the team) and can be in the hotel where you work or a private house near the hotel. The food is guaranteed at the hotel in which the candidates work.
Can I organize myself independently and use my own private accommodation?
Due to different availability and organizational issues, it is more comfortable to benefit from accommodation assured by FotoEventi Group.
Are transport costs (plane ticket) paid?
Ticket expenses for the work destination will be reimbursed partially or completely after the minimum stay period.
